The service

Pawlin provides AI-generated visual estimates of pet body-language and AI-generated care-plan and pet-behavior guidance. Free: one mood reading per day. Pawlin Pro unlocks unlimited readings (fair use), the AI coach and your care plan.

Not medical advice

Pawlin is a pet-behavior and educational tool. Its scores, estimates, care plan, and coach replies are estimates and general guidance only — not medical, diagnostic, or professional advice. Do not rely on them for medical decisions. These are body-language interpretations, not a veterinary diagnosis. If your pet stops eating, has trouble breathing, vomits repeatedly, may have eaten something toxic, or shows any other worrying sign, contact a veterinarian right away.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (weekly or monthly).
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has consented.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or circumvent the app or its backend.
Do not use Pawlin for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

Pawlin, its design, and its content are owned by the developer. Your photos and the results generated for you remain yours.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury or outcome arising from your use of the app or reliance on its estimates or guidance.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access that violates these terms or abuses the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
