Common questions

How many scans do I get? Free users get one mood reading per day. Pawlin Pro unlocks unlimited readings (fair use applies). A pet's mood shifts moment to moment, so a fresh scan always has something new to tell you.
What does Pro unlock? The personalized AI care plan and the 24/7 AI pet coach, plus unlimited mood readings (fair use). Your daily mood reading and your Mood Score are free.
How do I cancel my subscription? In your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pawlin. Cancelling there stops renewal.
How do I delete my data? Open Settings → Reset in the app, or delete the app. Your data lives on your device; we don't store your photos.
Are the results medical advice? No — they're AI visual estimates and general pet-behavior guidance, not medical advice.
