Common questions

How many scans do I get? Free users get 1 scan per week. Pro includes 2 scans per week, and Pro subscribers can buy optional extra scans if they want more. Physiques change slowly, so that's plenty.
What does Pro unlock? The AI training program and the 24/7 AI coach, plus 2 scans per week. Your first weekly scan and your Form Score are free.
How do I cancel my subscription? In your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Formphyq. Cancelling there stops renewal.
How do I delete my data? Open Settings → Reset in the app, or delete the app. Your data lives on your device; we don't store your photos.
Are the results medical advice? No — they're AI visual estimates and general fitness guidance, not medical advice.
